2.2 miles from the Fuller Warren Bridge to Metropolitan Park Marina

The swim should take about 45 minutes with the ebb tide. Sunset is at 7:38 so we should be in the water by 6:30. Click here for Schedule.

 

Kayaker and paddle-board escorts should bring two Personal Flotation Devices, one for themselves and one for the swimmer.

​

Swimmers must have solid open water experience and be able to swim in a group for an hour. All swimmers must wear a bright cap.

 

Our ratio of swimmers to kayak escorts is 2 to 1. Our preference is that you team up with someone and arrange for your own kayak escort! That would help out a lot!

We need a couple of volunteers to transport swimmers from the finish location where they will drop off their cars to the starting location!
