Kayak and paddle-board escorts should bring two Personal Flotation Devices, one for themselves and one for the swimmer. Click here for Special Escort Guidelines
Swimmers must have solid open water experience and be able to swim in a group for an hour. All swimmers must wear a bright cap.
Our ratio of swimmers to kayak escorts is 2 to 1. Our preference is that you team up with someone and arrange for your own kayak escort! That would help out a lot!

We need a couple of volunteers to transport swimmers from the finish location where they will drop off their cars to the starting location!
